Requirements: minimum 10 years of experience in clinical development with advanced SAS programming skills, 7+ years in people or project management, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards (e.g., CDISC, 21CFR Part 11). Preferred: oncology experience (hemes and solid tumors), familiarity with open source or AI in programming, and background in regulatory submissions. High-Value: leadership in oncology phase 1/2, strategic contribution to biometrics programs, expertise in statistical concepts, and cross-functional collaboration with Data Management, Biostats, Clinical Operations, and Pharmacovigilance.
