Role: Director of Standards & Governance, U.S. Commercial, leading risk management, compliance oversight, and transparency reporting for U.S. Commercial activities. Responsibilities: oversee adherence to federal and state transparency laws, manage data governance, lead sub-certification processes, develop compliance controls, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate training and audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA or higher preferred), 10+ years in pharma/biotech, deep knowledge of Sunshine Act and reporting systems, experience in compliance and risk management.
