Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a family access strategy aligned with BridgeBio objectives to ensure access to products for people living with rare conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of Family Access Managers (FAM) with coaching and support.
- Oversee development of FAM tools and execution of access strategies; may work with pharmacies, health systems, and providers to secure patient access.
- Coordinate with the advocacy team on advocacy meetings to attend and represent BridgeBio.
- Ensure reimbursement and patient access activities comply with healthcare regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, the Hub, and pharmacies to facilitate patient access and address access challenges.
- Use data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate family access process efficiency/effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Monitor healthcare policy, market dynamics, and trends impacting patient access.
- Manage the FAM team budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Implement quality assurance measures to meet team standards.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Genetics, Pharmacy, etc.); Master’s a plus.
- 15+ years in Access and/or sales in pharma/healthcare (rare disease and launch experience preferred).
- 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
- Preferred: Patient Services, Market Access, Reimbursement, or Patient Access Management; specialty pharmacy networks and patient services hubs.
- In-depth reimbursement/regulatory knowledge; strong payer knowledge (Medicaid + commercial).
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; data analysis/reporting tools and AI proficiency.
- Plus: Genetics/Endocrinology/Rare Disease experience.
- Compliance knowledge: HIPAA, OIG guidance, Advertising/Promotion requirements, Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Patient-centered mindset; travel up to 50–60% (occasional weekends).

Comp/Benefits (California):
- Salary: $226,000–$260,000.
