Role: Lead strategic internal and external communications for U.S. Human Health manufacturing sites, supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, and organizational change. Responsibilities: manage a team of four site communicators, oversee high-visibility issues (e.g., incidents, regulatory updates), align global site communications, develop site-specific strategies, support change management and leadership visibility, handle external stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and issues related to regulatory inspections and milestones. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, EHS, Quality, Legal, and corporate affairs; coordinate with global counterparts; and oversee external agencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related; 8+ years' experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries, with strong international and manufacturing exposure; expertise in crisis and issues management; familiarity with pharma regulatory and compliance standards; excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills; proficiency in English; ability to lead cross-cultural teams. Preferred: experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics/vaccines, regulated environment, crisis management, multi-site coordination, hybrid work with ~25% travel, senior stakeholder engagement.
