Role: Lead strategic and operational communications for U.S. Human Health manufacturing sites, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and Delaware, supporting pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and biologics. Responsibilities: develop and execute site-specific and global communication strategies; manage a team of four site communicators; handle high-profile, sensitive issues such as safety incidents, regulatory enforcement, and organizational changes; coordinate external relations with media, community, and government stakeholders; support crisis and issues management; ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards; measure communication effectiveness via KPIs; and collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; 8+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare, med tech, or regulated industries; extensive experience in multi-site and international communications; proven crisis management skills; strong understanding of US and global pharma regulations; exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups. Preferred: experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments; proficiency in change management and community relations; experience leading cross-cultural teams.
