Director, SI&S Community Impact & Patient Reach

Role: Director, SI&S Community Impact & Patient Reach at Novartis, leading strategies to improve health outcomes for underrepresented populations through data-driven insights and scalable solutions. Responsibilities: develop and implement models to expand reach, identify barriers via community insights and evidence, build enterprise tools and frameworks for impact measurement, and foster cross-sector collaboration to drive sustainable community health initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare, or related field; 10+ years in public health, social impact, or health equity; deep understanding of health disparities, social determinants, and patient access barriers; proven experience with data analysis, strategy development, and scaling community programs. Preferred: advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, PhD), experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions, impact evaluation, and health ecosystems. High-Value: focus on health equity in diverse populations, community health, social determinants, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: hybrid at East Hanover (3x/week); no visa sponsorship or relocation support.
