Responsibilities:
- Shape architecture and technology strategy for ELT-level AI programs; translate ambiguous ambitions into actionable roadmap and target-state architecture.
- Define solution and reference architectures, including technical standards, integration patterns, and guardrails.
- Align AI program architectures to enterprise platforms/standards; ensure reuse of shared capabilities (agent, data, memory, security) and integration with the platform spine.
- Serve as trusted advisor to ELT/business/Digital leaders; define delivery models and measurable outcomes.
- Architect responsible AI/automation and modern engineering practices with appropriate governance, controls, and verification.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship; raise delivery teamsโ€™ standards through influence.
- Establish reliability, security, documentation, and operational excellence expectations; ensure architectures are compliant, observable, and resilient.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years, OR Masterโ€™s + 7 years, OR PhD + 5+ years.
- Experience defining architecture/technology strategy for significant programs (ideally AI/data-intensive).
- Hands-on expertise in modern engineering, cloud, data/integration patterns, APIs, AI/ML services, security, and reliability.
- Experience advising/guiding teams via design authority.
- Experience partnering with senior business/Digital stakeholders on high-visibility programs.

Preferred Requirements:
- Degree in tech/engineering-related field.
- Regulated global enterprise experience (compliance, privacy, security, risk).
- Experience architecting AI/agentic/automation solutions and applying platform reuse.
- Deep AI/modern architecture (agentic platforms, LLMs, data platforms, cloud, enterprise integration).

Compensation/Benefits (if hired):
- Annual base salary $162,900โ€“$271,500; eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus (20% target) and long-term incentive; benefits include 401(k) match, paid time off, leave, and medical/dental/vision.
