Responsibilities
- Shape architecture and technology strategy for ELT-level AI programs; translate ambiguous ambitions into clear roadmap and target-state architecture.
- Define target/reference architectures, technical standards, integration patterns, and guardrails for enterprise scale.
- Align AI architectures with enterprise platforms; reuse shared capabilities (agent, data, memory, security) and integrate with the platform โspine.โ
- Serve as trusted advisor to ELT, senior business, and Digital leaders; drive measurable outcomes.
- Architect responsible AI, automation, and modern engineering practices with appropriate governance, controls, and verification.
- Mentor delivery teams; raise technical standards through influence.
- Set expectations for reliability, security, documentation, compliance, observability, and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorโs + 8 years; or Masterโs + 7 years; or PhD + 5+ years.
- Experience defining architecture/technology strategy for major programs (ideally AI/data-intensive).
- Hands-on expertise in modern engineering, cloud, data/integration patterns, APIs, AI/ML services, security, reliability.
- Experience guiding stakeholders as a technical advisor/design authority.
- Experience partnering with senior business/Digital stakeholders on high-visibility programs.
Preferred Requirements
- Regulated global enterprise experience (compliance, privacy, security, risk).
- Experience architecting AI/agentic/automation and applying platform reuse.
- Depth in AI and modern architecture (agentic platforms, LLMs, data platforms, cloud, enterprise integration).
