Responsibilities
- Shape architecture and technology strategy for ELT-level AI programs; translate ambiguous ambitions into target-state roadmaps.
- Define target and reference architectures, technical standards, integration patterns, and guardrails.
- Align AI architectures to enterprise platforms; reuse shared capabilities (agent, data, memory, security) and integrate into the platform spine.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to business, Digital leaders, and ELT sponsors; ensure measurable value.
- Architect responsible AI, automation, and modern engineering with appropriate governance, controls, and verification.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to raise standards and capability.
- Set expectations for reliability, security, documentation, observability, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorโs + 8 years; or Masterโs + 7 years; or PhD + 5+ years.
- Proven experience defining architecture/technology strategy for significant programs (ideally AI/data-intensive).
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern engineering, cloud, data/integration patterns, APIs, AI/ML services, security, and reliability.
- Experience advising/guiding as a design authority through influence.
- Experience partnering with senior business/Digital stakeholders on high-visibility programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated global enterprise experience (compliance, privacy, security, risk).
- Experience architecting AI/agentic/automation solutions and leveraging platform reuse.
