- Define target/reference architectures, technical standards, integration patterns, guardrails.
- Align AI program architecture to enterprise platforms and standards; ensure reuse of shared capabilities (agent, data, memory, security) and integration into the platform spine.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to business/Digital leaders and ELT sponsors; translate ambiguous AI ambitions into practical choices and measurable outcomes.
- Define responsible AI architecture (governance, controls, verification) across AI, automation, and modern engineering.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentorship; raise technical standards.
- Establish reliability, security, documentation, and operational excellence expectations (compliant, observable, resilient).
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelorโs + 8 years; OR Masterโs + 7 years; OR PhD + 5+ years.
- Experience defining architecture/technology strategy for significant programs or technology domains (ideally AI/data-intensive).
- Hands-on expertise in modern engineering, cloud, data/integration patterns, APIs, AI/ML services, security, reliability.
- Experience acting as a technical advisor/design authority through influence.
- Experience partnering with senior business/Digital stakeholders to shape technical direction and measurable outcomes.
Bonus Points (Preferred Requirements)
- Technology/engineering degree.
- Regulated global enterprise experience (compliance, privacy, security, risk).
- Experience architecting AI/agentic/automation solutions and platform reuse.
- Track record influencing senior stakeholders.
- Recognized depth in AI/modern architecture (agentic platforms, LLMs, data platforms, cloud, enterprise integration).
