Director, Senior IP counsel

Role: Senior IP Counsel specializing in biologics, supporting BeOne Medicines' R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop and maintain a robust intellectual property portfolio, advise senior leadership on patent, exclusivity, and trademark issues, conduct patent searches, landscape analyses, and freedom-to-operate assessments, support corporate and business development activities including due diligence and contract review, and provide litigation support on validity and infringement matters. Requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school, admission to USPTO and at least one state bar, minimum 7 years of IP experience in biopharma, advanced degree in biological sciences (Ph.D. preferred), strong understanding of global biopharmaceutical patent law, and experience in biologics, ADCs, or cell and gene therapies.
