Role: Director of Scientific Communications within Medical Affairs, responsible for developing and overseeing scientific content supporting Celldex's immunology portfolio. Responsibilities include leading communication strategies, creating and reviewing scientific materials (e.g., congress content, slide decks, FAQs), and collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role involves supporting scientific congresses, contributing to medical strategy, maintaining scientific narratives, and managing external vendors. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, MPH, or equivalent; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 5 years supporting scientific communications or Medical Affairs; experience with clinical-stage or commercial immunology products; strong medical writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; knowledge of industry standards (PhRMA, FDA).
