Role Summary
- Establish, deepen, and sustain relationships with Immunology business leaders and mid-level managers to understand business needs and performance gaps; provide oversight/analysis to define requirements and learning solutions.
- Support the strategic vision for the Immunology commercial training plan; set departmental goals and objectives aligned to strategy.
- Engage and influence business leaders and managers to understand business goals and performance needs and drive desired outcomes.
- Hire, lead, and coach direct reports to develop and deliver training programs and support their professional growth.
- Ensure organizational and departmental policies/procedures are consistently maintained.
- Identify sales team performance needs and learning gaps; create learning solutions to enhance learning and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends; recommend learning solutions for the division/function.
- Stay current on learning and development tools/techniques/strategies; share leading learning practices.
- Champion emerging technologies and innovative methodologies (AI-powered learning, digital platforms, data-driven insights) to elevate learning effectiveness.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development to connect commercial training strategy to enterprise talent initiatives (leadership development, succession planning, capability building).

Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years related experience; 3+ years leadership experience; 2+ years facilitating/delivering learning solutions.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage concurrent cross-functional projects.
- Proven leadership/mentoring experience; excellent oral/written communication; experience presenting to diverse management levels.
- Experience with adult learning principles, AI/innovative technology, and e-learning.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to collaborate and build/maintain networks and relationships.
- Preferred: Immunology/Dermatology market knowledge and brand launch experience.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
- Preferred: advanced degree or relevant certifications.
