Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Cloud ERP initiative for multi-year planning and execution of cloud ERP deployment; partner on future-state design, requirements, and prioritization for Source to Pay (S2P).
- Develop and lead VAIDA for sourcing plan and deployment with DTE, including readiness of sourcing/procurement knowledge articles and documentation.
- Embed AI readiness practices across the strategic sourcing organization; shape an AI-centered SS&P and S2P operating model by creating and delivering organizational evolution roadmaps.
- Evolve and mature value tracking programs for multi-year savings; align initiatives with business and finance budget planning.
- Deploy and evolve value tracking methodologies and tools (including VBM in GMDA) with finance and the business.
- Own and lead Savings Value Sourcing/Finance governance to ensure savings realization, budget alignment, and single source of truth.
- Elevate CoE capabilities via best practices, leadership/role modeling, peer coaching, and development.
- Partner with sourcing leaders, business, DTE, and suppliers to drive adoption and mindset change; develop tools/processes for consistency, simplification, and sustainability.
- Measure success via adoption/satisfaction with procurement tools, cost/efficiency/compliance improvements, reduced cycle times/user effort, and strong stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles; 5+ years in leadership.
Required Skills
- Experience deploying large-scale procurement technology and digital solutions (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong S2P/process, category management, and supplier engagement knowledge.
- Proven outcomes via process transformation, automation, and user experience redesign.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; strategic thinking with execution.
Compensation/Benefits: $176,000β$264,000 base salary; annual bonus and annual equity awards.
Flex/Work location: Hybrid eligible (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-site (5 days/week, with ad hoc flexibility).
