Director, Revenue Accounting

Role: Director of Revenue Accounting leading revenue recognition and Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) accounting under ASC 606, supporting transition to a commercial-focused biopharma company. Responsibilities: design and maintain GTN reserve methodologies, manage monthly revenue close, oversee quarterly GTN forecasting, ensure compliance with government pricing and transparency reporting, implement and improve financial systems, establish scalable data flows, develop SOX-compliant controls, serve as primary contact for external auditors, and collaborate with Commercial team on pricing strategy. Requirements: CPA or equivalent; 10+ years in finance/accounting with biotech/pharma commercial experience; proven record with product launches, US GAAP, SOX, and Gross-to-Net expertise; deep knowledge of US pharma distribution channels, including specialty pharmacy, PBMs, GPOs, and 340B. Preferred: experience with Oracle Fusion, Adaptive Planning, and ERP transformations; strong stakeholder relationship skills; strategic, self-motivated, with high ethical standards.
