Responsibilities:
- LVL Research Site Operations: Supervise/coordinate site & lab operations; plan/execute capital projects/renovations; partner with EHS, Quality, IT, HR to resolve issues; ensure lab safety/compliance via GEMBA walkthroughs; identify/implement lab process improvements; co-lead monthly ops meetings to senior management; manage emergencies/incidents; support implementation of new technologies/systems/processes.
- TDS Capital Operations: Develop/maintain multi-year, multi-site lab master plan aligned to evolving scientific platforms (“labs of the future”); assess equipment/infrastructure gaps/risks/obsolescence; prioritize/sequence investments and renovations by demand and lifecycle; translate research needs into integrated infrastructure roadmaps; establish equipment lifecycle/modernization/technology standards; run governance/planning/decision frameworks for space/equipment; execute within approved budgets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
- ~10–12+ years in pharma/biotech operations, research environments, or related infrastructure roles.
- Experience in site operations/facilities coordination/research support in matrixed orgs.
- Proven capital planning/infrastructure strategy/large equipment or renovation programs.
- Track record partnering with scientific leaders to translate needs into operational/infrastructure solutions.
- Plus: lab safety, regulatory requirements, quality systems; AI-enabled/digital tools for data-driven efficiency; lab of the future/digital lab/automation; multi-site/enterprise planning; space/workplace strategy or scientific infrastructure design.
