Role: Director, Regional Community Oncology Expert (RCOE) – East within US Medical Affairs Oncology, focusing on community oncology strategy and the Community Cancer Collective (CCC). Objectives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance education, research, and evidence generation in US community oncology practices, supporting Trodelvy and other Gilead oncology assets. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional engagement, develop RWE generation plans, support scientific communication, and foster relationships with community oncology leaders and stakeholders. Coordinate field activities, training, and scientific presentations; oversee research proposals and publications; manage external partnerships and vendor relationships; and contribute to strategic planning and community engagement efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in pharma or healthcare; oncology experience and familiarity with community practices preferred. Skills: Strong scientific expertise, strategic thinking, project management, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations desirable. Experience in Medical Affairs and community oncology preferred. Work setup: Remote, with extensive travel (~70%) within the eastern US, including national and regional meetings, and occasional HQ visits.
