- Serve on the GWE R&D Leadership Team; partner with Safety & Environmental Operations leadership to reduce EH&S risk and improve performance.
- Design and govern qualitative/quantitative exposure-assessment programs (air, surface, personal monitoring; sampling strategies; interpretation vs. OELs/OEBs).
- Lead hazard/control banding for potent compounds, high-hazard biologics/ADCs, and novel molecules; define containment strategies, engineering controls, and PPE.
- Provide technical oversight and industrial-hygiene sign-off for ventilation, fume hoods, isolators, and containment systems.
- Support and implement consistent industrial-hygiene risk-assessment methodologies with SEO policies and procedures.

- Director-level (or equivalent) EH&S leadership across multiple sites/enterprise.
- Ability to lead/influence in matrixed environments without solid-line authority.
- Working knowledge of EH&S regulations/standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ACGIH; biosafety/containment; process safety) U.S. and internationally.
