Role: Senior leader in Data Science and Digital Health, specializing in Real-World Evidence (RWE) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives include managing a multidisciplinary RWE team, shaping RWE strategy, and delivering impactful projects across therapeutic areas, with a focus on regulatory-grade evidence generation. Responsibilities encompass leading RWE study design, data analysis, and interpretation, developing best practices and tools for project acceleration, and providing scientific expertise in mitigating biases in external control and comparative effectiveness studies.
