Role Responsibilities:
- Drive GWE R&D Compliance Program and systems across global sites; oversee adherence and continuous improvement.
- Lead design, deployment, training, and ongoing improvement of global compliance program elements.
- Ensure compliance for site cGLP/cGCP/cGMP and other non-EHS regulatory systems/activities.
- Manage compliance functions (e.g., validation, documentation, training) to support cGLPs/cGCPs/cGMPs.
- Oversee document management strategy; develop/manage/report progress, gap closure, and area compliance program documentation.
- Plan/lead management system audits; manage and verify corrective actions and quality review closures.
- Engage stakeholders (partners, vendors, customers) to develop and consistently apply the compliance program across functions.
- Monitor effectiveness and implement changes; lead certification/registration efforts.
- Serve as global interpretation point for program functional elements; facilitate SME meetings and annual compliance objectives.
- Conduct site risk management reviews; issue/maintain site-level compliance procedures and documents; provide guidance to site representatives.
- Prepare status reports/presentations; liaise with third-party assessors; manage management-system correspondence.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (relevant discipline) and 8+ years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterโ€™s degree; 15 years in facility management/engineering/compliance in pharma.
- Financial management/analytical skills; customer-need translation; business continuity/contingencies; strategy development; influence/leadership; staff development/training.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills:
- Facilities management (hard/soft services), quality systems (e.g., ISO 9000/Malcolm Baldrige; Six Sigma a plus), GLPs/GCPs/GMPs, leadership, multi-disciplinary team management, consensus-building facilitation, global communication, GWE/pharma R&D knowledge.
