Director, Project Management Due Diligence

Role: Lead strategic project management for external innovation due diligence activities in biopharma, supporting portfolio growth through evaluation of licensing or partnership opportunities. Responsibilities: develop and maintain due diligence tools, manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks; facilitate cross-functional assessments of scientific, clinical, regulatory, legal, and commercial factors; ensure compliance with governance standards; build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; drive process improvements and leverage new evaluation platforms and AI tools; mentor junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with 8+ years managing cross-functional projects in a global context; deep knowledge of drug development, external innovation, and due diligence processes; proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting objectives.
