Summary of Position:
- Director of Program Management to serve as the primary operational partner for the Myostatin Core Team, ensuring precision, velocity, and alignment as apitegromab advances through late-stage development and into commercialization.

Position Responsibilities:
Operational Partnership & Team Effectiveness
- Act as the operational anchor for the Core Team; ensure cross-functional workflows are clear, dependencies are managed, and the program runs without friction.
- Own meeting governance and rigor: drive agendas, capture and disseminate critical actions, and follow up to completion.
- Facilitate clear, accurate information flow across sub-teams; ensure all functions share the same assumptions and that sensitive/confidential updates reach the right stakeholders at the right time.

Lifecycle Integration & Portfolio View
- Bridge Development and Commercial organizations; integrate launch readiness activities with the development lifecycle.
- Manage lifecycle complexity beyond launch (โ€œpipeline in a productโ€) so near-term launch goals donโ€™t compromise future indications or lifecycle expansion.

Program Execution & Risk Management
- Partner on scenario planning; provide feasibility assessments and data to evaluate trade-offs.
- Proactively mitigate operational risks, especially those in the gaps between functions, before they impact the critical path.

Candidate Requirements
- MS or BS in a scientific or related field.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development, including transitioning from Phase 3/BLA to commercial support.
- Working knowledge of regulatory milestones and commercial launch dynamics.
- Low-ego, high-output; willing to own work across strategic to administrative execution.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential, potentially material information.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) for reporting and visibility.

Compensation:
- $215,000 - $250,000 a year
