Director, Product Strategy, Value Realization

Location: East Hanover, NJ (not remote); 15% travel (domestic and/or international).
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize KPIs, OKRs, and success measures at portfolio, program, and capability level.
- Build methodologies to quantify productivity savings (time, cost, effort) from CRM capabilities, AI/agentic solutions, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Create usability-performance frameworks to measure user experience, adoption quality, and time-to-value.
- Establish baselines and target states to track measurable improvement.
- Build and maintain a CRM value realization framework to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
- Partner with Finance to audit value assumptions, productivity gains, and ROI projections.
- Develop business cases quantifying expected value aligned to enterprise commercial objectives.
- Lead cross-functional sessions (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Patient Services, Operations, Strategy, IT, Finance) to identify/validate/track value opportunities.
- Partner with analytics/data teams to design and industrialize value measurement models and reporting.
- Drive alignment with value-based prioritization and transparent reporting; matrix leadership without direct authority.
- Develop dashboards, report progress against value KPIs/OKRs, and present insights to executive leadership; advise US enterprise CRM value.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree (Masterโs/MBA/advanced analytics preferred).
- 7+ years in product strategy, business analytics, consulting, value realization, or enterprise performance.
- Experience defining/operationalizing KPI/OKR frameworks for complex CRM programs.
- Proven ability to quantify productivity savings and build ROI frameworks for CRM investments.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva) and commercial operations.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
- Proven matrix leadership in complex, cross-functional life science environments.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and US commercial environment.
