Director, Product & Pipeline Communications - Hematology

Role: Lead global product and pipeline communications strategy for BeOne’s Hematology franchise, integrating scientific, clinical, and commercial insights. Responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive communications plans for portfolio assets across all lifecycle stages, support scientific engagement at medical congresses, and serve as chief counsel to the Chief Medical Officer for thought leadership and visibility. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Media Relations—to ensure aligned, compliant messaging that enhances corporate reputation and scientific credibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications, with experience in hematology or oncology strongly preferred; demonstrated success in global or multi-regional product and scientific communications—particularly launches or key clinical milestones; ability to translate complex scientific data into compelling narratives; knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other health authority communications standards; strong leadership, strategic judgment, and stakeholder management skills. Work Setup: Hybrid with 15% domestic and international travel.
