Director Product Management — Enterprise AI Platforms & Tools

Role: Lead product management for Regeneron's Enterprise AI Platforms & Tools, shaping AI platform strategy and driving adoption enterprise-wide. Responsibilities: develop platform roadmaps aligned with digital goals, prioritize technical capabilities, translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee large-scale AI development including LLMs, foundation models, and generative AI, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred), 12+ years in technical product management, deep expertise in emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, vector databases), familiarity with interoperability standards (MCP, A2A), AI evaluation, observability, and responsible AI practices; MLOps/LLMOps experience essential.
