Director, Pricing Implementation & Performance Analytics

Major Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with the Senior Director to support and continuously enhance U.S. pricing governance (EPC), enabling cross-functional decision-making for effective B2B contracting.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support B2B negotiations on rebates/discounts and fee structures.
- Develop contracting business-case deal modeling informing price governance bodies using inputs from Payer Account Management, GVAD leadership, and others.
- Provide financial and business analyses/reports for supply chain, government, and commercial managed care contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate market access performance indicators and translate data into insights/recommendations for GVAD leadership.
- Develop reports and participate in regular business reviews (channel access, revenue, rebate forecasts) with the Senior Director, Pricing and Contracting and the Contract Working Group (CWG).
- Leverage data resources (rebate claims, 3rd party, SP, Hub) for gross-to-net, scenario assessment, and pricing dynamics.
- Provide distribution channel analysis; support monitoring/validation of specialty pharmacy/distributor data, chargebacks, 340B, and return goods.
- Provide trend updates to Payer Account Management and GVAD teams to inform customer strategy and business planning.
- Drive contracting performance dashboard development/maintenance.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert on account/channel performance.
- Identify and champion system/process improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 8β10+ years in managed care pricing, contracting, market access analytics, contract operations, or related commercial functions; cross-functional pricing/contracting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities; strong payer market and contract terms understanding.
- Understanding of legal/compliance/governance considerations for pharmaceutical pricing/contracting; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong business and financial analysis skills.
- Bachelorβs degree (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good presentation skills.
- Domestic travel ~10%; based in South San Francisco or Philadelphia.
