Responsibilities:
- Drive and contribute to Asset Team (Asset Development Team / Asset Leadership Board) strategies and aligned execution; serve as a core member and coordinate activities and deliverables.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional Asset Team discussions from both PM and strategic perspectives.
- In partnership with the Project Lead (PL), lead and coordinate Asset Strategy development and ensure clear translation into integrated execution plans across sub-teams.
- Drive a coordinated approach across Asset sub-team project managers to ensure aligned execution.
- Partner with Project Planners to ensure accurate, up-to-date asset-level timelines and reporting; support scenario analysis and analytics so asset plan lines reflect strategy and current status; ensure dashboard reports are timely and accurate.
- Identify, communicate, and manage cross-functional asset risks; ensure transparent identification of sub-team risks and appropriate capture/escalation at the Asset Team level.
- Drive cross-functional Asset Team effectiveness by structuring discussions for good decision-making, monitoring and assessing performance, sharing learnings/best practices, and supporting effective governance navigation.
Qualifications:
- 4β6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry across roles tied to drug development (research & development, commercial, project management, operations) with expertise in one or more therapeutic areas.
- Minimum 3 years supporting cross-functional drug development teams in a core function (Program Management, Commercial, Development, Regulatory, Operations).
- Developing strategic thinking and leadership skills; strong written and oral communication.
- Preferred: Late-stage drug development experience (including launch team) and experience with both global and regional teams.
