Responsibilities:
- Partner with Asset Strategy Leader, asset strategy planner, and deliverable team PMs/co-chairs to develop asset strategy, align execution plans, and drive implementation across the product portfolio (novel medical device products, new clinical indications, and global expansion within Aesthetics Medicine).
- Develop and execute deliverable-team global strategy; project-manage cross-functional plans, timeline, budget, milestones; ensure alignment with Asset PMT.
- Support governance approval at stage gates; evaluate/monitor/control risks.
- Support cross-functional execution on time and within budget; proactively ensure commitments are met.
- Facilitate and manage project team operations: schedule meetings, manage agendas/minutes, track action items/decisions.
- Communicate status and forecasts to management; maintain open communication across teams.
- Resolve issues/risks; identify items needing management/governance escalation.
- Define key decision points and go/no-go criteria; provide decision analysis tools/expertise.
- Train and coach team members on governance, roles/responsibilities, planning, milestones, and PM tools (e.g., Gantt charts, decision trees, costing/forecasting).
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field (required).
- 8β12 years in pharma (Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, or Pharmaceutical Development); 5+ years direct project management experience for drug/device product development projects.
- Advanced knowledge of global drug development, registration, and launch processes.
- PMP certification helpful but not required.
Skills:
- Lead multiple competing projects; strong written/oral communication; build global relationships.
- Expert in pharma product development and regulatory interdependencies; apply project/portfolio management software.
