Role: Lead strategic engagement with global public health organizations (e.g., Gavi, UNICEF, WHO, Gates Foundation) to support vaccine and infectious disease product objectives. Responsibilities: develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, influence public policy, contribute to position papers, and represent the company in multilateral forums. Provide policy insights to inform commercial and cross-functional strategies, monitor global health policy environments, and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Public Policy, Public Health, or related; 10+ years in global vaccine/infectious disease policy, with experience engaging with public health bodies; strong communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills. Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent, proficiency in French. High-Value: expertise in vaccine policy, global health organizations, and experience in diverse, matrixed teams; willingness to travel up to 30%, hybrid work setup. Reporting: reports to the Executive Director, Public Health Organizations; location options include PA, DC, NJ, or Geneva.
