Role Summary

The Director of Pipeline Marketing serves as the Pipeline Marketing lead for early-stage programs and owns Competitive Intelligence (CI) capabilities for Immunome. This role shapes the commercial foundation of early pipeline assets and supports advancement of a growing portfolio in an increasingly competitive landscape. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Research, Clinical, Medical, and Business Development, the role ensures program strategy is informed by a rigorous understanding of the competitive and market environment. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving biotech organization where early insights meaningfully influence development and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as pipeline marketing lead on early-stage program(s).
  • Partner with clinical development to provide commercial input on development strategies for the pipeline and commercial aspects of clinical development.
  • Lead commercial assessments & business case development for clinical investment decisions including analysis of current and future treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, unmet needs, positioning, and overall commercial potential.
  • Lead competitive intelligence to support varegacestat launch preparation, including monitoring of competitive activity in desmoid tumors, assessment of evolving treatment paradigms, and generation of insights to support a successful and differentiated commercial launch.
  • Lead competitive intelligence in support of the broader pipeline, providing structured assessments of competitive landscapes, emerging assets, and market dynamics to inform indication prioritization, development strategy, and portfolio planning.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact CI outputs (competitive landscapes, competitor profiles, and clinical benchmarking, and scenario analysis) that translate complex data into clear strategic implications.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Research, Clinical, Medical, and Business Development teams to ensure competitive insights are embedded into decision-making, development planning, and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; Oncology experience required.
  • Launch experience preferred; US & Global experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ experience in Pipeline Marketing, New Product Planning and/or Competitive Intelligence.
  • Travel 20%+ with weekend travel.
