Director, Pharma Pricing Operations & Analytics

Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability/primary strategic partner for Pharma pricing operations, analytics, and capability needs across launch, inline, and lifecycle priorities.
- Lead strategic partnerships with Global Market Access leaders, Pharma franchise teams, regional pricing/access teams, finance/forecasting partners, and digital capability teams.
- Identify stakeholder business questions; translate into analytical projects and capability roadmaps.
- Generate data-driven insights and recommendations; present to senior leadership.
- Serve as Pharma pricing and access operations expert (portfolio dynamics, launch sequencing, lifecycle pricing, market access pressures, international pricing).
- Lead and mentor Associate Directors; manage resources/project pipelines; ensure high-quality outputs.
- Lead complex Pharma pricing analyses (e.g., International Reference Pricing modeling, launch sequencing, lifecycle price erosion, gross-to-net/access pathway considerations, pricing governance, scenario planning, portfolio analytics).
- Partner with Digital teams to develop pricing platforms/decision-support capabilities.
- Champion data governance/data quality and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs in finance, health economics, or related analytics (strongly preferred).
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical pricing/market access/revenue management/financial analytics (or related).
- Experience in pharma/healthcare (preferred: consulting, global/regional market access, or corporate strategy).
- Track record leading teams in cross-functional/matrix environments.
- Consulting skills; strategic influence without authority; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Deep knowledge of access, reimbursement, HTA, and pricing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs/MBA/MPH/MS (strongly preferred); direct people management.
- Strong communication/presentation; subject matter expertise in pharma pricing/access/international pricing/launch sequencing/lifecycle or portfolio decision support.
- Experience with pricing/tender/revenue systems and BI/OLAP tools (e.g., NGP, Cognos, TM1); country/subsidiary experience.
