Responsibilities encompass translating commercial strategies into incentive plans, managing annual and special incentive programs, delivering performance analytics, leading a team of four, and collaborating with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. The role also involves chairing the Incentive Compensation Governance Committee and overseeing awards programs like Circle of Excellence, with an emphasis on modernization and process automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare commercial functions, including direct experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related areas. Proven ability to analyze performance data, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, 7+ years of experience in complex commercial structures—such as rare disease or specialty care—and experience with incentive systems, analytics platforms, or vendor management.
