Responsibilities:
- Accelerate enterprise-wide productivity, innovation, and AI adoption by enabling employees to effectively and responsibly use personal productivity tools, AI-assisted capabilities, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Define and own Teva’s enablement strategy for: personal productivity and collaboration (M365, Copilot); low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio); citizen automation and self-service productivity use cases.
- Translate Digital Workforce and DADAI strategy into actionable enablement roadmaps and prioritize personas/use cases (employees, managers, power users, citizen developers/makers).
- Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Risk to define and operationalize guardrails for citizen development and AI usage aligned to Responsible AI, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Digital Data & AI capability and Digital Workforce/Product teams to align enablement with enterprise AI platforms, convert product roadmaps/releases into scalable adoption motions, and establish feedback loops from adoption/friction into product evolution.
- Act as the enablement/adoption counterpart to product ownership (own enablement strategy, change, user experience, and value realization).
- Build communities of practice (champions, power users, citizen developers), lead change and communication, promote reuse/success stories/peer learning, and advise business teams.
- Define and track success metrics (adoption/active usage, productivity/time-saved, business value from citizen solutions) and continuously improve enablement.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital workplace/productivity/enterprise enablement and technology-led transformation/adoption/change programs.
- Proven enterprise-scale adoption experience (not just pilots).
- Experience in global and regulated environments (strong advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

Technical & Domain Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and Copilot; Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio); citizen development and low-code/no-code operating models.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and Responsible AI principles.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills:

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation; comfortable across strategy, execution, and change.
- User-centric, pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset.
