Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership: Shape and challenge business strategy via workforce, talent, organizational, market, and data-driven insights; translate priorities into actionable P&O strategies.
- Future Workforce & Capability Strategy: Lead strategic workforce planning and global build/buy/borrow talent strategies aligned to business, product, data, and digital priorities.
- Organizational Design & Operating Model: Lead org design and operating model evolution (structures, roles, governance, decision rights, ways of working) to improve performance, workflows, talent movement, and mechanisms.
- Transformation & Change Leadership: Translate strategy into measurable, sustained change across structure and culture; partner to navigate complexity and resistance.
- Data, Digital & AI-Driven P&O: Embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into workforce planning, talent decisions, and org design to improve decision quality and human–AI integration.
- Talent & Succession Strategy: Own talent identification, development, retention, and succession; anticipate/mitigate talent risks.
- Culture & Performance: Shape an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to business objectives.
- Systems Leadership & P&O Orchestration: Single point of accountability for end-to-end P&O outcomes across COEs/NOCCs and partners.

Essential Criteria (Qualifications/Skills)
- Bachelor’s; advanced degree preferred (MBA, HR/OD, Industrial Psychology or related).
- 10+ years progressive HR/P&O/Talent experience; proven VP/SVP-level partnership; executive coaching; influencing without authority.
- Strategic workforce planning experience.
- Operating model/organizational design at scale.
- Digital & AI fluency; ability to leverage data for predictive insights.
- Executive coaching ability; English fluency.

Location/Eligibility Instructions
- No visa sponsorship; no relocation support.
- East Hanover office required 3x/week (Hybrid).

Benefits & Rewards
- Salary expected $152,600–$283,400; performance incentive; possible annual equity; comprehensive benefits and time off.
