Pay Range: $133,300.00 - $219,100.00

Hybrid role (Minneapolis). Reports to Vice President of Human Resources.

Responsibilities / Function Overview:
- Organization Effectiveness: create and align modern, sustainable HR processes; ensure nimble execution; collaborate across HR centers of excellence.
- Talent Management: lead global talent succession (assessing, hiring, engaging, retaining); build talent forecasting and workforce plans aligned to life sciences market trends.
- Leadership Development: use talent/performance/resource planning to develop leadership capability and create an internal candidate pool.
- Leader Partner: drive organization design/structure discussions and build change management strategies/playbooks.
- People Optimization: enhance employee experience through strategic partnership, global practices, and streamlined processes.

Accountabilities:
- Steward culture values; lead People talent imperatives and strategic roadmap.
- Co-create recruiting; deepen employee experience; fortify belonging; integrate learning & development.
- Optimize talent systems using people data; invest in development of People business partners.
- Drive org effectiveness across recruiting, L&D, belonging, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, org development, internal communication, operational excellence, and total rewards health.
- Address employee relations; lead large-scale organizational change; work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years progressive People leadership (org design; matrix leadership partnership/influence; global exposure).
- 5+ years management experience preferred.
- Strategic advisor to leaders; use people metrics/technology.
- Domestic travel may be required.
