Role: Lead the strategic oversight and governance of the company's global pension benefit plans, managing approximately $40B in assets across domestic and ex-US markets. Responsibilities: develop investment strategies for defined benefit and contribution plans, oversee external managers and advisors, align plan designs with investment impacts, evaluate funding and risk management initiatives including hedge programs, and communicate regulatory and market implications. Requirements: BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; 8+ years in corporate finance with direct experience in pension asset management, investment performance evaluation, and funding strategy development; strong understanding of pension accounting, asset-liability management, and market risks; proficient in Excel and financial modeling; excellent communication skills. Preferred: advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA. High-value: managing multi-billion-dollar global pension assets, strategic investment oversight, risk management, stakeholder collaboration involving HR, Finance, trustees, and consultants. Work setup: hybrid, with 25% travel; based in the US, primarily remote with some onsite engagement.
