Director, PDS Business Development

Role: Lead complex business development, diligence, and integration activities for Bristol Myers Squibb's Product Development & Supply (PDS) division, serving as a key interface with corporate functions. Responsibilities: Manage acquisitions, licensing, divestitures, alliances, and related transaction assessments; coordinate cross-functional teams in technical, CMC, regulatory, supply chain, and quality evaluations; develop risk assessments and transaction strategies; lead or support integration and divestiture execution; oversee alliance management to ensure contractual and strategic goals are met; and contribute to process improvements in business development activities. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering, sciences, pharmacy, supply chain, or related field; 12+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in business development, M&A, or alliances; strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development, CMC, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory considerations; demonstrated leadership in strategy, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
