Director, Payroll

Role: Payroll Director overseeing US payroll operations and global stock plan administration. Responsibilities: manage bi-weekly payroll for ~2,500 US employees and international staff; lead payroll controls, compliance, and reconciliations; support all SOX audits, tax filings, and year-end processes; coordinate stock plan activities, including ESPP purchases and reporting; lead cross-functional projects, process documentation, and team training. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Finance; CPA/CPP membership; 10+ years payroll processing experience, preferably in manufacturing; strong knowledge of employment tax, payroll systems, and regulatory compliance; proficiency in payroll controls, audit management, and SOX processes.
