Patient Advocacy
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership across Therapeutic Areas (TAs) for Patient Support Services (PSS) Platform Solutions, optimizing patient experience and operational excellence.
- Own and align on a PSS Platforms roadmap focused on operational excellence, business value, and outcomes; present regularly to operating committees.
- Develop and report qualitative and quantitative measures of platform utilization to demonstrate business value.
- Partner with Digital Teams to ensure pull-through of governance processes, efficient use of enterprise resources, and delivery of priority enhancements.
- Facilitate outcomes-focused operating models by defining technical/digital challenges, documenting requirements, and identifying efficiencies and economies of scale.
- Drive holistic platform evolution across people, processes, and technology.
- Align with Reporting and Analytics colleagues to enable enhanced PPS reporting and insights.
- Champion continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and CRM benchmarking to ensure alignment with the Play to Win strategy.
- Support and troubleshoot issues with internal and/or external teams as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (or higher) in a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience building CRM solutions or working within PSS or other bio-pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills; ability to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its ecosystems (certifications a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
- Highly self-directed; proactively work issues and manage projects with minimal direction.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
