Director, Patient Services – Specialty Care Products

Role: Develop and lead patient support program strategies within Pfizer's Specialty Care division, focusing on optimizing patient journey services, affordability, hub support, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: design comprehensive patient programs aligned with product and therapeutic area goals, monitor external healthcare trends, evaluate vendor partnerships, and improve program performance; collaborate cross-functionally across brand teams, reimbursement, and external vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in biopharma patient services strategy or related fields; strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience with vendor management, patient access programs, and therapeutic area expertise.
