Role: Director of US Hub Programs, Patient Access COE, leading strategic development and operational management of patient support 'hubs' for specialty products, including US product launches. Responsibilities: develop and deploy patient access programs, manage vendor relationships, collaborate with legal/regulatory teams for compliance, and oversee budget and strategic planning; support brand teams and US commercial partners in addressing access barriers; lead and develop team members. Qualifications: BA/BS degree; at least 3 years in US patient support programs; 5+ years in pharma/healthcare with expertise in patient access, market access, and vendor management; demonstrated success in patient support program design and implementation; strong knowledge of US reimbursement landscape, compliance standards, and cross-functional collaboration; excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Preferred: experience in respiratory, oncology, or rare diseases; team leadership; designing operating models.
