Director Patent Attorney

Role: Lead patent attorney specializing in manufacturing and bioprocessing IP for Regeneron, overseeing patent filings, prosecution, and legal strategies. Responsibilities: identify and capture inventions across cell line technologies, purification, formulations, and assay development; manage global patent applications; lead patent actions and conduct landscape analyses; support due diligence and transactional work; advise on legal issues and monitor legislative developments. Requirements: Ph.D. in life sciences (biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.); JD from an accredited law school; admission to USPTO practice; licensed in NY or eligible for in-house licensure; 5-10 years in law firm or corporate patent prosecution within biological arts.
