Role: Senior Patent Attorney specializing in manufacturing and bioprocessing for biopharmaceuticals at Regeneron. Responsibilities: identify, prosecute, and manage patent filings globally related to cell line development, purification, formulation, assay, and media; lead patent landscape analyses, freedom-to-operate, and validity assessments; oversee administrative patent actions and support transactional work including due diligence. Requirements: Ph.D. in life sciences (biochemistry, molecular/cell biology), Juris Doctorate, admitted to USPTO, licensed in NY or eligible; 5-10 years patent prosecution experience in biological arts, with strong legal and technical acumen.
