Director or Senior Director, Investor Relations and Communications

Role: Lead investor relations and corporate communications for a clinical-stage biopharma developing next-generation CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Objectives include enhancing brand recognition, effectively communicating scientific and clinical progress, and fostering investor engagement. Responsibilities encompass developing strategic communication plans, managing external messaging (press releases, investor calls, conferences), collaborating with executive teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves training spokespeople, building relationships with analysts and media, and monitoring peer activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a scientific field preferred; advanced degrees or biotech industry experience considered. Senior level requires at least 10 years in public relations, investor relations, or corporate communications within biotech, with management experience. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives, manage high-stakes communications, and lead cross-functional teams is essential.
