Key Accountabilities
- Define and set the operational strategy and long-term roadmap for the TMS Business Unit aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning with clear priorities, investment focus, and measurable outcomes.
- Advise BU and senior executive leadership on business direction, growth strategies, and transformation agendas.
- Own evaluation and prioritization of strategic investments (business development, partnerships, M&A).
- Own end-to-end strategic initiative portfolio: prioritization, governance, resource alignment, and value realization.
- Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and operating cadence; drive trade-offs, accountability, and execution rigor.
- Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership; lead executive forums and decision-making processes.
- Deliver recommendations via rigorous analysis and financial evaluation; influence enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Development, Sales, Finance, IT, and others; resolve interdependencies.
- Institutionalize best-in-class frameworks/tools for portfolio management; drive continuous improvement and transformation.
- Build and lead high-performing teams and mentor leaders.

Education & Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Economics/Life Sciences or related (required). Master’s preferred.
- 12+ years in analytics/strategy/operations/project management/business improvement (required).
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare/MedTech experience preferred.

Skills
- Strong business and financial acumen (P&L, financial statements, NPV models).
- Analytical problem structuring; clear written/verbal communication.
- Project management; executive presentations; comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
