Purpose of the Position
Direct Operational Technology (OT) security leadership across a global enterprise to develop robust security solutions, improving the organization’s security posture and ensuring manufacturing, research, and animal health operations are safe, secure, and resilient.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead critical security initiatives by coordinating technical teams and business partners.
- Chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force to drive progress and address execution challenges.
- Coordinate the Operational Technology Security Council (senior governance including Executive Directors and Assistant Vice Presidents) to align strategy and secure top-level support.
- Build a unified OT security strategy by identifying gaps and opportunities across all OT security efforts.
- Influence and align stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment (often without direct authority).
- Translate technical goals into actionable plans and report progress to senior leadership.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of OT and essential experience in OT security.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders; build consensus at the executive level.
- Outstanding communication/presentation skills.
- Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results with follow-through.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus; experience in other complex, regulated sectors (energy, critical infrastructure, defense, or utilities) welcomed.

- Transitioning service member fellows completing the program within last 180 days of military transition; 12-week fellowship.
- Unpaid training fellowship aligned with DoD SkillBridge; not an offer of employment; participants are ineligible for employment benefits.
