Purpose of the Position
- Lead Operational Technology (OT) security efforts for manufacturing, research, and animal health, coordinating across the global enterprise to improve security posture, resilience, and safety.

Main Responsibilities
- Drive execution of top security priorities across technical teams and business partners.
- Chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force.
- Coordinate the Operational Technology Security Council (senior governance: Executive Directors and Assistant VPs across functions).
- Build a unified, holistic OT security strategy by identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Influence and align stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment (often without direct authority).
- Translate technical goals into actionable plans and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications / Profile
- Strong foundational knowledge of OT and essential experience in OT security.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders; build consensus at the executive level.
- Excellent communicator/presenter; convey complex information clearly.
- Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering outcomes through others.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus; acceptable experience includes energy, critical infrastructure, defense, or utilities.

Requirement / Program Instructions
- Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship 2026 (Cohort 3): 12-week, unpaid training (DoD SkillBridge-aligned); transition-complete within last 180 days.
- Residents: US and Puerto Rico only.
