Director, Oncology Medical Engagement Excellence

Role: Director of Oncology Medical Engagement Excellence within Bristol Myers Squibb's Medical Engagement team, responsible for aligning global medical strategies with field medical activities across oncology assets, particularly in thoracic cancers and Pumitamig. Responsibilities: collaborates with global medical, clinical, and commercial teams to develop and execute medical strategies, facilitate scientific exchange, and optimize customer engagement; leads the development of medical communication plans, supports congress activities, and ensures compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD), 5+ years in Medical Affairs within pharma or biotech, with oncology (solid tumor) expertise preferred; experience in global or above-market roles highly desirable.
