What You Will Achieve
- Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and workflow automations (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) across S&O/E and External Supply, embedded in enterprise data systems to drive measurable Continuous Improvement and decision-making outcomes.
- Provide business-facing OE support to ES Clusters and/or Pfizer Center One (PC1).
- Lead/support/coach OE solutions (Continuous Improvement Loop, IMEx Deployment, Innovation, Agile Transformation, Complex Investigations) aligned with ES/OE strategies.
- Lead and/or coach Lean/Six Sigma projects to diagnose and improve processes (may be regional).
- Build OE & Innovation capabilities; coach CI culture embedding.
- Lead a global OE program across External Supply; lead/support ES strategies and T5 initiatives; lead/support ES IMEx.
- Actively participate in devising ES/OE strategies.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS (or MBA/MS) with 10+ years manufacturing/supply experience (or 9+ years with MBA/MS).
- 5+ years hands-on analytics/Six Sigma/continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated use of personal productivity AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate) with measurable outcomes.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (trained/certified).
- Fluent written and verbal English.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- AI certifications; enterprise AI agent/workflow automation deployment with business impact.
- Integrate Microsoft 365/Power Platform with enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Power BI, MES, LIMS, ERP).
- Master’s + pharmaceutical experience; Certified Innovation Coach; train-the-trainer; coaching/certifying Green/Black Belts; large-scale initiative management; change management influence; strong communication, analytical/problem-solving.
