Role Summary

The Director of HCP Marketing, Early Breast Cancer will lead HCP Marketing Strategy and report to the Executive Director Marketing Strategy, Breast and Women’s Cancer. Location is East Hanover; remote work is not available. The role involves 20% travel (domestic and/or international) and focuses on developing integrated marketing strategies grounded in customer insight to reach healthcare professionals involved in early breast cancer care.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with the Marketing Strategy Lead and the Patient Marketing team to develop a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy and campaign grounded in customer insight
  • Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise and create engaging brand-centered content for adaptation into personalized experiences
  • Translate in-market data signals into actions that drive behavior change
  • Foster a high-performing team that interfaces across key functions to achieve product strategies and objectives
  • Define and deliver the brand’s HCP integrated plan to achieve the product strategy and objectives; define resourcing and manage the allocated budget for HCP
  • Develop assets for HCP to enable adaptation across the end-to-end experience, partnering with the Customer Experience Planning team
  • Drive digital marketing strategies aligned to brand goals and ensure plans are implemented and optimized

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science or MBA preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years in commercial Marketing with multi-functional experience in Pharma or Healthcare; experience across HCP, consumer/DTC, NPP, Market Access, CXP&O, and/or congresses preferred
    • Director-level experience strongly preferred
    • Experience launching oncology or specialty treatments in the US
    • At least 5 years of experience using data, analytics, and customer insights to drive personalization at scale
    • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets
